Business Analyst/Business System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and trace requirements for complex projects.
• Create process/work flows and use cases.
• Work primarily with a business focus, comprehending high-level technical concepts and analyzing data provided in spreadsheets.
• Track and follow IT work in Azure DevOps (ADO), though creation of items in ADO is not required.

Requirements

• Experience with the On-Exchange Individual marketplace (e.g., Federally facilitated marketplace administered by CMS; WA Health Benefit Exchange (WAHBE) experience is ideal).
• Experience with cross-company projects.
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone business hours.
• Remote work allowed, but preference for candidates located in the Puget Sound area.
