About the role
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. They work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document findings, and develop solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conducts research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Develops and maintains documentation of business processes and requirements
- Works with IT teams to implement solutions that meet business needs
- Communicates findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
