Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness and excellence of assigned TMG operations. They will design and document workflows, make recommendations to improve operations, serve as a Project Manager leading key projects, and act as the functional expert on specified applications used for tracking metrics and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Data collection - Gather data from internal systems, databases, and external sources
• Data cleaning & validation - Resolve missing values, duplicates, and inconsistencies; ensure accuracy before analysis
• SQL Querying - Write queries to extract and transform data from relational databases
• Statistical analysis - Perform descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, and A/B test interpretation
• Data visualization - Build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• KPI monitoring - Track performance metrics to evaluate business initiatives
• Stakeholder communication - Present insights in clear business terms for non-technical audiences
• Build monthly, quarterly, and annual business review decks using PowerPoint and Power BI

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must pass background check, fingerprint check, and credit check
• Must be highly proficient with Excel, Power BI, and SQL
• Strong communication skills for translating data into business insights
• Excellent reading, writing, and comprehension of the English language
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working under a deadline
• Strong attention to detail
