Responsibilities
- Define functional and technical solutions to business problems using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Meet with business stakeholders and partners to gather requirements and analyze data to develop solutions
- Confer with relevant personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented functionality
- Test and document new functionality for business stakeholders
- Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, functions, or organizational changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and/or Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Experience supporting system implementations, testing, and deployments
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards)
