About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licensing and compliance platform that consolidates multiple legacy systems into a unified enterprise solution. Your responsibilities will span project planning, requirements elicitation, solution design, systems integration, API development, data migration, and testing support.
The project will be executed using Agile Scrum methodologies across multiple phases, ensuring a secure, FedRAMP-compliant cloud environment supporting licensing, enforcement, case management, document handling, reporting, payment processing, and system integration.
The Business Analyst Lead will oversee various activities including stakeholder engagement, requirements management, process analysis, and solution validation. Your leadership will be vital in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and facilitating successful deployment and ongoing system maintenance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or Computer Science (degree must be evaluated if not in English)
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale, complex IT projects within regulatory, licensing, or compliance systems in the last eight (8) years
- At least two (2) years of experience overseeing a team of business analysts and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables
- Minimum of two (2) years leading business analysis efforts throughout the full project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, user story development, documentation, validation, and traceability
- Ability to provide client/user references and submit signed reference forms upon request
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities supporting solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, JAD sessions, discovery meetings, and business process reviews to gather comprehensive requirements
- Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage business, functional, technical, and non-functional requirements
- Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices
- Analyze current and future state business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
- Facilitate requirements prioritization and stakeholder consensus activities to ensure alignment
- Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and configuration teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Support data conversion, system integration, reporting, licensing, enforcement, and operational business process analysis
- Develop training materials, operational workflows, user procedures, and knowledge transfer documentation
- Lead validation and acceptance of business processes and solutions to ensure compliance and functionality
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all business analysis deliverables produced by project teams
- Support post-implementation activities including system maintenance, enhancements, security compliance, and operational support
