Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-level technical and data analysis of proposed initiatives to identify requirements and propose solutions.
• Work closely with project sponsors to understand and translate business expectations into actionable technical solutions.
• Maintain work backlogs within the Agile methodology to breakdown projects into features, and features into stories.
• Contribute to maintaining relationships with the business, Global Technology, and peers across the globe.
• Contribute to defining and continuously improving best practice for Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Contribute to the testing process for developed solutions.
• Provide timely, accurate and concise status reporting highlighting progress, issues, and risks.
• Help manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
• Work on cross domain change, including Public & Private Investments and Client functions, providing proof-of-value/proof-of-concept items, vendor platform selections, data integration programs, and harnessing cutting-edge AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Understanding of analysis and project management disciplines, processes, and tools.
• Experience in monitoring and managing issues, risks and dependencies.
• Strong reporting skills with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience of delivering technology change using Agile methodologies.
• Experience of working on projects across both functional and geographic boundaries.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage own activities in the best interests of the team’s workload.
• Inspiring and collaborative team player.

Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary in a range of $110,000-$120,000 for this position. The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.

Pay

The base salary for this position is between $110,000 and $120,000.

Schedule

The Senior Client Director is required to be in the office 3 days per week.
