Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Experience working with JIRA for requirements management, user story creation, backlog grooming, and Agile delivery support.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze data, write queries, validate requirements, and support troubleshooting efforts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions, documenting business processes, and creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in fast-paced delivery environments.
