Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, suppliers, and category trends for ingredients, spices, and other materials
• Support sourcing strategies, category reviews, and supplier benchmarking
• Track pricing, contracts, supply risks, and category KPIs
• Assist in evaluating cost structures and identifying savings opportunities
• Work directly with the Senior Director of Business Optimization on cost-saving initiatives, SKU reviews, and process improvements
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and margin enhancement
• Support dashboards, trackers, and business reviews
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Commercialization and Finance to gather data and support key initiatives
• Aid in preparing materials for internal meetings, cross-functional updates, and leadership presentations
• Supplier Partnership Support: Help coordinate supplier meetings, business reviews, and follow-up actions
• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
• Planning Optimization: Demand & supply planning support: analyzing historical trends, forecast accuracy, and inventory data
• Cross-functional alignment: coordinating with Supply Chain and Procurement to align sourcing with demand forecasts and inventory targets
• Building scenario analyses and capacity reviews to support Sales & Operations Planning
• KPI tracking: Monitoring forecast accuracy, service levels, and waste reduction to drive continuous improvement

• 2+ years in procurement, supply chain, finance, analytics, or any business-related role (open to strong new graduates or early-career candidates with high potential)
• High positive energy and adaptability

Pay

The pay for this role ranges from $81,000- 108,000 and is based on the position responsibilities and geographic location.
