Business Analyst

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze stakeholder business needs using various analysis techniques.
• Convert analyzed needs into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development.
• Create and maintain software development artifacts such as context diagrams, understanding application interdependencies, and creating dependency mapping, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs, perform impact analysis, and conduct risk assessments to mitigate issues.
• Create test plans and test cases, and work with users during User Acceptance Testing.
• Manage requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creating and executing a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, establishing requirements baselines, and managing requirements change control.
• Work on application and data integration initiatives.

Qualifications

• 60 months of experience eliciting and analyzing stakeholder business needs.
• 60 months of experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts.
• 36 months of experience creating test plans and test cases.
• 36 months of experience managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle.
• 24 months of experience working on application integration or data integration initiatives.
