Position Summary
Judi Health is an enterprise health technology company providing a comprehensive suite of solutions for employers and health plans, including Capital Rx, Judi Health™, and Judi®. The Product Management team builds cutting-edge products that automate operational tasks, empower clinical programs, and deliver delightful experiences for members. As Judi Health grows and scales, we are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Product team.
Position Responsibilities
- Intake product requests from operations stakeholders and clients.
- Triage, research, and identify technical solutions for data errors within the Judi Health tech stack.
- Work with operations and implementation teams to manage issue prioritization and resolution.
- Collaborate with the Associate Product Manager (APM) to build business requirements and specifications for roadmapped items as directed by the APM.
- Identify and make data-driven recommendations to the APM for high-value product enhancements.
- Aid in user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with the APM to manage the backlog and participate in team refinement and planning.
- Support the APM and team in planning, roadmap development, and long-term strategy.
- Ensure adherence to the Judi Health Code of Conduct, including reporting of non-compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in an Analyst role, Software Engineering role, or related work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with the agile framework and Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
- Experience with Github or similar source code repositories.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Python programming language preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of common methods of data exchange.
- Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Intellectual and professional curiosity.
Salary Range
- New York, NY: $78,400—$98,000 USD
- Denver, CO: $71,600—$89,500 USD
- Charlotte, NC: $65,200—$81,500 USD
