Business Analyst

The Role

Grant Street Group is seeking talented individuals to join our team. Our business analysts are responsible for liaising between our developers and clients, ensuring our software is built and supported effectively.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems related to software development and maintenance.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Prioritize tasks and manage changes to our software.
• Create technical specifications and test changes to ensure they work as intended.
• Coordinate implementations with new clients and train them on our software.
• Provide training to clients on how to use our software.

Requirements

While we value creativity and curiosity, we also require strong technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Applicants should be able to demonstrate proficiency in software development and have experience working with clients.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a background in computer science, business administration, or a related field. Experience with cloud-based software applications is preferred.

Skills

Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Familiarity with ticketing systems and testing methodologies is beneficial.

Benefits
