Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
• Manage inventory on WMS and financial systems
• Ensure inventory accuracy between systems
• Identify and troubleshoot failed transactions
• Drive process or IT solutions to minimize reoccurrences
• Work with local operations team to resolve inventory inaccuracies
• Monitor and resolve issues with inbound and outbound orders
• Manage returns and quarantine products
• Ensure physical inventory accuracy to WMS
• Work with Quality Manager to ensure Work Instructions are updated
• Provide Pareto Analysis to site leadership daily
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for inventory accuracy
• Eliminate inventory issues causing order demand problems
• Minimize aged inventory
• Aged Inventory Management
• Develop and provide actionable reports
• Analyze and coordinate movement of aged materials
• Communicate with teams to verify order status
• Identify open orders daily and drive actions to close them
• Drive periodic Purge requests by the client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, and/or JDA strongly preferred
• 2 – 4 years’ experience required with WMS applications
• Strong speaking, writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Suite
• Ability to work independently and make crucial decisions
• Adaptability with computer software, especially databases and spreadsheets

Pay

The expected base pay range for this position is $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
