About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Owner with relevant experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their career in CX technologies and helping to grow our professional services practice.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the business and IT communities to help develop mobile app solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Partners, UI-UX, vendors, and technical teams to analyze the current/future app state, elicit, and document detailed requirements.
  • Establish feature/epic/story scope and facilitate end product user acceptance.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase business satisfaction, deepen client relationships, and effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Perform typical BA activities: gather and document requirements, write user stories and epics, refine tickets, define acceptance criteria, create flow diagrams (e.g. screens, data, process, sequence, business).
  • Produce typical BA deliverables: User Stories/use cases, Epics, diagrams (data, sequence, business), process models, wireframes, functional and technical specification, BRD/URD, Screen flow/Journey map, UAT/Demo.

Requirements

  • Exhibits strong soft skills typically required in a Business Analyst role, including: active listening, propose alternatives, communicate complex information, issues, and potential solutions, has strong problem-solving / analytical skills and techniques, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong passion for Business Analyst line of work and shows curiosity, diligence, and integrity.
  • Understands business priorities, vision, trends, industry knowledge, and markets.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to prioritize work, self-manage, and make trade-off decisions.
  • Foster collaboration across disparate, cross-functional teams and establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence with colleagues and clients.
  • Experienced in interaction with QA teams to triage and prioritize defects and formulate an action plan to closure.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar, with 7-10+ years of work experience, including 5-7 years in a role of Business Analyst, Software Business Analyst, System Architect or similar.
  • Experience working in a consumer-based application environment with front and back-end exposure.
  • Prior experience on the projects with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with UI Application.

Skills

  • Domain knowledge of the mobile app, general knowledge of the mobile technology, and familiarity with iOS/Android features.
  • Familiarity with mobile applications.
  • Experience with large projects, large number of stakeholders, multi-locations/global footprint.
  • Familiarity with JIRA & Confluence.

Benefits

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911-161,544. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
