Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Analyse and document current business processes across various departments, including sales, project management, and customer service.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and formalise business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and operational improvements within the construction and roofing workflow.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Support the implementation of new business systems and processes, including user acceptance testing and training.
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business process modelling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience in the construction, roofing, or a related service industry would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
Competitive hourly rate of $35.00 - $55.00 USD.
