Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify business needs and improve processes
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
- Work with technical teams to develop and implement business system solutions
- Create functional specifications and support solution design
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test plans, and test scripts
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), system implementations, and go-live activities
- Track issues, validate system changes, and support post-implementation enhancements
- Affiliate with business readiness, change management, user training, and stakeholder communications
- Manage multiple business analysis and system enhancement projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Functional Analyst experience
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Experience with business process analysis, systems implementation, or system integration projects
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test plans, test cases, and test execution
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with Oracle, ERP, or enterprise business applications preferred
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred
