About the role
The role is centered on leading discovery workshops, conducting user journey mapping, and translating business needs into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate conversations with various stakeholders to improve UI interfaces and application hand-offs, ensuring a clear, unbiased approach to process enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Lead user journey mapping to identify workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and clear documentation.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure clarity and successful delivery of outcomes.
- Guide stakeholders through modernizing conversations and workshops, ensuring goals are understood and time is used effectively.
- Follow up post-workshop on UI and UX findings to inform the design and wireframing process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering, particularly in leading discovery workshops.
- Strong capabilities in workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and user journey frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile environments is necessary.
