Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will support an Agile software development team. Will work closely with the development team/client to manage and refine requirements, create reports, test software, support, and facilitate various engagements/demos.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the customer and development team to define user stories and tasks needed to support software development.
• Support the client by generating various metrics/reports to support their business.
• Support the client with briefings/demos.
• Support end-users with troubleshooting and training.
• Support the development team by testing user stories as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of experience; or 5+ years of experience without a degree.
• Experience with Python and R.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Bonus points if you have:
• Experience with JIRA and other Atlassian tools.
• Experience working on a software development team.
• Experience briefing/demoing to clients.
