Business Analyst

About the role

A Business Analyst with a Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in IT or Bioinformatics is sought. The ideal candidate should have 60 months of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AWS QuickSight dashboards to provide trends and insights on people metrics like attendance, attrition, VET/VTO, headcount, gearing ratios using large datasets from AWS Redshift, Amazon Aurora, and PostgreSQL Cluster.
• Compare newly launched site people metrics with legacy sites.
• Work with cross-functional teams and leaders to improve the project intake system and use agile methodologies, participating in scrums.
• Maintain and test the dashboards as needed.
• Gather Business Requirements.
