Business Analyst – AI Chatbot Evaluation

We’re hiring Business Analysts for a remote project focused on evaluating and comparing chatbot responses against defined business criteria. What You'll Do Evaluate and compare multiple chatbot responses against defined business criteria.Analyze business requirements, workflows, and processes.Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.Provide clear, structured final assessments and recommendations.Prepare relevant reports and documentation. What We're Looking For 3+ years of Business Analyst experienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.Ability to objectively evaluate and compare chatbot responses.
