Business Analyst (78470)

Responsibilities

• Working with stakeholders to identify areas of the organization where improvements can be made.
• Managing projects related to the implementation of new solutions or processes.
• This may involve creating project plans, tracking progress, and coordinating with team members.
• Interviewing personnel and conducting onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed.
• Analyze financial data, revenues and expenditures, and employment reports, among other data.
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
• Finding root causes for problems and proposing solutions that may include new systems, procedures, or personnel changes.
• Attention to detail, including documenting all analyses, results and processes, to drive awareness across the team.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

Schedule

• Only For International Candidates On OPT/CPT Employer’s Confirmation Letter/CPT Letter/Offer Letter will be provided, which you need to submit to your university within 90 days of the start of your OPT.
• OPT Extension Letter will be provided to those candidates who are qualified for STEM extension.
