About the role

Support project initiatives by facilitating the gathering of themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, along with analyzing existing requirements documentation. Provide support to project and development teams to improve effectiveness, ensure compliance with applicable requirements, and enhance service delivery capabilities. Facilitate project development and quality assurance discussions to gather story points for predictive level of effort modeling.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the gathering of themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing requirements documentation.
• Provide support to project and development teams to improve effectiveness, ensure compliance with applicable requirements, and enhance service delivery capabilities.
• Facilitate project development and quality assurance discussions to gather story points for predictive level of effort modeling.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience as a senior-level Business Analyst in a technical or emerging technology environment.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile project management methodologies and practices.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience understanding and documenting use cases.
• 1+ year of experience with process documentation mapping.
