Position Details

Duration: 15 months
Type: W2 contract.

Must be located near Lansing, MI.
Required Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree is required.
Experience as a Business analyst (3+ years) - candidates must have both BA and QA experience.
Experience as a Quality assurance Analyst (3+ years) - candidates must have both BA and QA experience.
Azure DevOps Knowledge or similar tool like JIRA (comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle) (3+ years)
Understanding of BA QA DEV roles/responsibilities
Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation (3+ years)
Experience with creating product roadmap (3+ years)
Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile (3+ years)
Skills

Job Responsibilities
Gathers analyze and document business and functional requirements
Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
Create test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on requirements
Execute functional integration and regression testing; log and track defects
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business partners
Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements and quality standards
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Ensure documentation remains accurate and updated throughout the project lifecycle
