About the role
The role is an experienced professional with a strong background in software development. We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Define API contracts, integration requirements, and system interactions.
- Support identity, access management, and governance-related initiatives.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize, and plan sprint activities in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support testing, UAT, and validation of implemented solutions.
- Aid with rollout planning, documentation, user training, and adoption activities.
- Create process maps, data flows, and requirement traceability documentation.
