About the role
As a Business Administrator II, you will be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing operational processes, and supporting strategic initiatives within the College of Medicine-Phoenix.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets for various College programs and projects
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis to ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements
- Support the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to identify and address operational challenges
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in budget management and operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
