This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience required — just deep business knowledge and a sharp analytical mind.

What You'll Do
- Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational decision-making
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step model answers that incorporate financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationale — serving as the "gold standard" for AI training
- Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
- Sharpen AI Logic — Identify and document reasoning failures such as misapplied WACC calculations, sunk cost fallacies, or failure to account for macroeconomic variables, and provide clear, structured corrective feedback
Who You Are
- Holder of an MBA from an accredited institution
- Deeply knowledgeable in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
- Skilled at synthesizing complex data into clear, executive-style analysis and recommendations
- Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch errors in financial formulas, logical arguments, and data interpretation
- A clear, precise writer who can communicate nuanced business reasoning in structured formats
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
- Proficiency in quantitative tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
- Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation as an end user
