About the Role

What if your MBA could directly influence how AI advises the next generation of business leaders? We're looking for Business Administration experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models — stress-testing their reasoning across corporate finance, market strategy, operations, and organizational behavior.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience required — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

What You'll Do

  • Design Complex Business Challenges: Develop advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more
  • Author Ground-Truth Solutions: Write rigorous, step-by-step responses — including financial statements, marketing frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and strategic rationales — that serve as gold-standard training data for AI models
  • Audit AI Outputs: Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
  • Refine AI Reasoning: Identify and document logical flaws — such as ignored sunk costs, miscalculated WACC, or failure to account for macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback
  • Elevate Executive-Level AI: Ensure AI can serve as a sophisticated, reliable partner for high-stakes business decision-making

Who You Are

  • Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
  • Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
  • Skilled at synthesizing complex data into clear, executive-style summaries and professional recommendations
  • Hightly detail-oriented when reviewing financial formulas, data interpretation, and the structural logic of business arguments
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
  • Background in data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL

Why Join Us

  • Work directly alongside industry-leading AI research labs on cutting-edge model development
  • Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
  • Freelance autonomy with high-impact, intellectually stimulating work
  • Contribute to AI that will shape how business decisions are made at the executive level
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
