Business Administration (MBA) - AI Content Specialist

We're looking for MBA-qualified professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models on complex business topics. You'll stress-test AI reasoning across corporate finance, market strategy, operations, and organizational behavior — exposing blind spots, correcting errors, and building the gold-standard responses that teach AI to think like a seasoned executive.

What You'll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and more
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Build rigorous, step-by-step responses featuring financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
• Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
• Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and correct flawed logic — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback
• Work on Your Schedule — Complete task-based assignments independently and asynchronously, on your own time

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style analysis and recommendations
• Naturally detail-oriented — you catch formula errors, flawed assumptions, and weak arguments before they slip through
• Comfortable working independently with a high degree of precision and accountability
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
• Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Exposure to executive education, business writing, or case study development
