Responsibilities
- Maintain customer tire inventory by ordering, loading, unloading tire shipments, deliveries, and remove out of service tires from customer property on a consistent basis
- Perform dynamic balancing for all bus tires, wheel changes, regrooving, repairing, maintaining correct air pressures, mounting and demounting all consigned tire types
- Inspect tires on customer vehicles and reporting all tire and non-tire related mechanical defects in writing to the customer
- Maintain legible and accurate documentation of work performed
- Work on-site at customer locations while maintaining customer relations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and professional conduct each shift

Pay
The starting pay for this position is $17.00 per hour; base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
Schedule
Position may require flexibility to work scheduled shifts including nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Must have a valid driver’s license to meet commercial driver qualifications when applicable
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous commercial tire experience
- Ability to perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, including light and heavy lifting (tires and wheels), standing, bending, and squatting
- Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
- Mechanical aptitude and strong oral and written communication ability
- A self-starter willing to take initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision, and willing to attend appropriate training sessions
