Responsibilities

• Collaborate with assigned administrators and customer staff to document work performed
• Maintain customer tire inventory from cradle to grave using best inventory management practices
• Monitor tire maintenance through periodic inspections using specialized software and digital devices
• Maintain and repair all customer tires according to industry standards
• Perform dynamic tire balancing, tire and wheel assembly changes, regrooving, and inflation maintenance using industry-leading machinery
• Maintain shop safety and cleanliness through good housekeeping practices

Requirements

• Position may require flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Previous commercial tire experience is a plus
• Ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting (e.g., tires and wheels), standing, bending, and squatting
• Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
• Mechanical aptitude and strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter able to work without direct supervision and willing to attend training sessions

Pay

$29.13/hr with annual wage increases based on performance.
