Responsibilities

• Transports children between school and the YMCA.
• Affords administrative support to the bus driver role.
• Serves as a supervisor for children aged 5-12 years old.
• Engages positively with both staff and children.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and a clean MVR.
• Commitment to being a positive role model with youth.
• At least 460 documented hours of experience working with school-age children ages 5-16 years old.

Qualifications

This position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Experience working with school-age children is also required.

Skills

Positive interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Pay

The salary range is $16.00-$19.00 per hour. Bilingual staff (fluent in Spanish and English) receive a +10% differential.

Schedule

Shifts typically run from 200pm-400pm Monday through Friday, with additional hours available as a program leader.
