Non-CDL Bus Driver

Role Overview Seeking an experienced Bus Driver responsible for providing safe, reliable, and customer-focused transportation services. The role involves executing routes, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring passenger comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities Safety-Focused Operations: Follow designated routes, schedules, traffic laws, and safety procedures meticulously.Passenger Care: Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride.Vehicle Vigilance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment.Protocol Compliance: Enforce safety policies, seat belt use, emergency procedures, and adhere to regulatory standards.Additional duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Must be 21 years or older with a Michigan Chauffeur's License.Minimum 2 years of driving experience, personal or professional.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Availability for flexible shifts, including day, evening, weekend, and overnight.Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments; physical ability to perform job functions. Additional Requirements Pass a DOT drug test and physical if applicable.Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Work in a drug-free environment.
