About the role

Join Coach USA as a Full-Time CDL Driver operating the Newark Airport / Port Authority route. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you’ll meet diverse passengers and contribute to positive travel experiences while upholding service, safety, and professionalism.

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour during training.
• $25.00 per hour upon successful completion of training.

Responsibilities

• Operate a motorcoach on the Newark Airport / Port Authority route.
• Provide safe, courteous, and professional service to passengers.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain clean and well-presented vehicles.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and special needs as required.
• Work varied schedules, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements.
• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No DUI or impaired-driving violations in the last 7 years.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no more than 1.5 points in the last 3 years).
• Ability to pass the pre-employment essential function test.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Meet DOT physical qualifications.
