As a Burdock + Bitters Server you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to our guests, set-up, upkeep, break down, and cleaning functions. What will you be doing? Greet guests and explain specials & promotions. Record and input guest orders into the Point of Sale system. Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Replenish beverages and ensure overall guest satisfaction; follow liquor regulations. Handle requests with professionalism providing solutions to customers. Maintain cleanliness including table resets and side work duties. Uphold high standards of quality and service. Perform other duties as assigned. What do you bring to the role? High school degree or equivalent preferred. Prior fine dining, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Proficient in English for guest requests, memos, and reservations. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted on occasion as well as move through crowded rooms to seat guests. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of appropriate table settings and proper set-up as well as basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards. What's in it for you?
