BUN: Pans Operator, 1st Shift, 5:30AM to 5:30PM

About the role

FRESH. FORWARD. FLOWERS. Flowers Foods, Inc. (NYSE:FLO) is seeking a Production Operator III to join our team. This role is physical and requires a strong understanding of production processes and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production equipment
• Diagnose and address machinery failures
• Aid in preventative maintenance
• Sanitize all related equipment
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Master use of enterprise software for data input, retrieval, and reporting
• Contribute to maintaining product safety, legality, and quality
• Act as a team member

Requirements

• Two (2) or more years of related experience
• High School diploma or equivalency plus technical certification (e.g., HVAC, auto maintenance/repair)
• Equivalent military training, other related technical training, or 45 college credit hours
• Completion of the AIB “Science of Baking” course

Pay

The salary range for this position is $25.46 per hour.
