Bulk Vessel Loadout Lead

Responsibilities

• Directly oversees and monitors production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications.
• Collaborate with Milling department to meet customer specifications and timeline.
• Optimize operational efficiencies to support the facility's production.
• Schedule labor according to the production needs and guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Maintain documentation of a variety of activities and inventories.
• Must learn and execute basic equipment maintenance to improve production reliability.
• Make recommendations for line efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Communicate effectively with other supervisors in mill, maintenance and packaging departments and assist when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in blending or loading.
• Experience operating trackmobile and bobcat.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Comfortable using a computer and able to learn new software for production.

Schedule

Regular presence on the plant floor, requires lifting up to 50 lbs. and occasional work in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.
