About the role
The Bulk Lead is responsible for leading the Bulk team, ensuring the department runs smoothly, and maintaining a clean, inviting space.
Responsibilities
- Pays meticulous attention to inventory levels, backstock, and cycle counts.
- Understands inventory movement and makes decisions based on data.
- Maintains a CLEAN department, prioritizing cleanliness and product placement.
- Trains and manages the Bulk staff, ensuring they follow policies and procedures.
- Communicates staff issues to the Center Store Manager.
- Ensures staff remains busy and works safely.
- Delegates cleaning tasks in the Bulk Department.
- Aids in replenishment ordering and maintains inventory accuracy.
- Maintains strong vendor relationships and tracks product performance trends.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in a retail environment.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Previous cash handling and POS experience.
- Previous buying, inventory management experience.
- Previous guest service experience.
- Previous grocery experience preferred.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay
Hourly pay rate starts at $20-$21.72, with previous experience considered.
Schedule
This is a (40-hour) full-time position with expectations of working 1 opening shift, 1 closing shift, and 1 weekend shift weekly.
