Bulk Operator IV (3rd Shift 11PM - 7AM)

About the role

Ardent Mills is seeking a Full-Time Production Associate (Bulk Operator IV) to join our team. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success and contribute to the production of nutritious products that nourish communities.

Responsibilities

• Utility Operators: Maintain and operate utility systems and equipment, and perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety.
• Bulk Operators: Load bulk delivery vessels and perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety and comply with bulk department standards.
• Elevator Operators: Operate and maintain elevators/lifts, and perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety and comply with facility standards.
• Warehouse Operators: Operate the warehouse and perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety and comply with facility standards.
• Pack Operators: Operate pack equipment, process, pack products, and perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety and comply with pack department standards.

Requirements

• Adaptability and willingness to work in various areas of the plant, rotating through positions and shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, standing, walking, rotating, bending, stooping, twisting, crouching, kneeling, balancing, reaching, ascending/descending stairs, climbing ladders, stepping, and using PPE.

Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Hourly - Hourly Plan, 27.18 USD

Shift Differential

The Company provides a shift differential to eligible employees who are assigned to and work shifts outside of standard business hours. Shift differential is paid in addition to the employee's regular base hourly rate and is included in the calculation of the regular rate for overtime purposes.
