Bulk Operator III (1st Shift 7AM - 3PM)
About the role
Ardent Mills is seeking a Full-Time Production Associate (Bulk Operator III) to join our team. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success and contribute to the production of nutritious products that are distributed across North America.
Responsibilities
- Utility Operators: Maintain and operate various utility systems and equipment, and perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety compliance.
- Bulk Operators: Load bulk delivery vessels and perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety compliance and maintain food safety requirements within the bulk department.
- Elevator Operators: Operate and maintain elevators/lifts and perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety requirements used within production facilities.
- Warehouse Operators: Operate and maintain the warehouse, perform sanitation duties, and ensure food safety requirements within production facilities.
- Pack Operators: Operate pack equipment, process, pack products, and perform sanitation duties to ensure food safety requirements and maintain food safety requirements within the pack department.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including ascending and descending stairs, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, rotating, bending, stooping, twisting, crouching, kneeling, balancing, reaching, and performing tasks requiring respiratory protection
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, loud noise, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Clean-shaven for tasks requiring respiratory protection

Pay
Hourly - Hourly Plan, $26.63 USD
Schedule
Shifts outside of standard business hours may qualify for a shift differential.

Shift Differential
The Company provides a shift differential to eligible employees who are assigned to and work shifts outside of standard business hours. Shift differential is paid in addition to the employee's regular base hourly rate and is included in the calculation of the regular rate for overtime purposes.
