Hours of Operation: 6:45am-3:00pmGrowth PotentialTeam-Oriented EnvironmentDynamic Culture and People What Success Looks Like Strong mechanical aptitude.Necessity for attention to detail. The ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently. Capable of maintaining quality control by monitoring production output.Ability to identify any issues with the product or process.Transfer material from bulk bags or “supersacks” to smaller paper or poly bags to a more precise weight that can be handled efficiently at the mixerTypically target weights of 30-50lbs.Communicate with additional staff membersResponsible for weighing of materialsProper inventory control of raw materials and finished productsProperly label skids, boxes and fill out any applicable paperworkPerform monthly inventory countFollowing all safety procedures and guidelines along with assisting in modifying and updating proceduresOperating a forklift for various functions. Your Credentials One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environmentHigh School or GED preferredWilling to work overtime including weekendsClose visual work required.Knowledge of general computer skills.Attention to detail.
