The Bulk Loader operator is responsible for overseeing multiple loading stations and coordinating with internal teams to optimize loading schedules.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple loading stations simultaneously
- Coordinate with internal teams to optimize loading schedules
- Perform advanced equipment troubleshooting
- Mentor and train junior loaders
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bulk Loader or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of loading equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to mentor and guide team members
