Bulk Hauler

Core Hours

Monday thru Friday, 5:00 am to 2:00 pm. Saturday hours are generally 6:00 am to 12:00 pm. Availability of Saturday hours are dependent on production and staffing needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify, record, count and movement of product in the bulk preparation area.
• Work comfortably with numbers, read production documents, and demonstrate good accuracy in basic math.
• Maintain neat and legible penmanship.
• Operate a forklift safely (prior ability helpful but not essential; training available if necessary).
• Perform heavy lifting and work in cooler temperatures.
• Comprehend and understand the bar coding and confirmation system.
• Maintain a high degree of safety awareness, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team concept.
• Be dependable, flexible to work overtime, and able to work Saturdays and Sundays when needed.
• Perform other reasonable requests by supervision.

Knowledge/Skills Required

• Read and write English and perform basic math calculations.
• Give and accept constructive criticism and work as a team player.
• Maintain a professional image with customers, peers, supervisors and the public.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Education beyond High School is a plus.
• Forklift experience is desirable.
• Prior manufacturing and/or packaging experience is a plus.
