About the role
Join our El Super Store Operations Team as a Bulk Deli Cheese Clerk - #57 at 5800 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Love your Community
- Love Food
- Assists customers, cleans, fills and rotates the cheese and deli displays in the Bulk Deli
- Replenishes product as instructed by the Bulk Deli Manager or Assistant Bulk Deli Manager
- Assists customers throughout the entire shift
- Maintains the cleanliness of the department throughout the shift
Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
Qualifications
- Basic PC/Outlook skills
- Retail Management Certificate
Skills
- Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification (required)
