Building Systems & Low Voltage Service Technician

About the role

Seeking a full-time Building Systems & Low Voltage Mobile Service Technician to support modern facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage wiring, access control, security, CCTV, sensors, and communication systems.
• Manage building automation, door operators, electric strikes, and related controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance, system inspections, equipment upgrades, and small installations.
• Support HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility repairs.
• Document work, equipment details, deficiencies, and repair recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience with low-voltage systems, security, access control, CCTV, building automation, or electrical work.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and use diagnostic tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and independent work ethic.
• Professional communication skills, valid driver’s license, and physical ability for installation and maintenance tasks.
• Preferred: certifications in access control, security, networking, or controls.
