Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community support plans
- Collaborate with community partners to identify needs and resources

- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary
- Communicate updates and results to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
