Courier deliveries several times a week is part of the weekly duties using a university car.

• Coordinate receiving, delivery and shipping of goods from the Eccles Broadcast Center.
• Must update shipping logs, work with the building stakeholders, and maintain a consistent schedule.
• The shipping and delivery schedule is from 0900am-1500pm M-F.
• Must be able to drive a university vehicle to deliver and pickup goods as needed after the shipping schedule.
• Assist with building maintenance duties, as needed.

The ability to move or manipulate heavy objects; the ability to read and write in English; demonstrated human relation skills; and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required.

• A knowledge of inventory control procedures would be helpful.
• Six months storeroom experience or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education) preferred.
• A valid Utah Driver's license with proof of insurability may be required for persons in positions that require delivery.
