Building Services Technician - NHC

About the Role

The Building Services Technician provides a full range of support services to the Facilities Operations and Facilities Construction divisions under the supervision of the Manager of Building and Site Services. This role includes facility upkeep, performing minor repairs, light maintenance work, responding to emergency service calls, and inspecting sites daily for damage, vandalism, or other issues. The position ensures facilities are maintained in compliance with various regulations, including OSHA, ADOSH, ADA, ADHS/OBHL, CARF, and CBI Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and light maintenance in assigned buildings.
• Respond to emergency service calls.
• Inspect facilities at the start and end of each day for damage, vandalism, or other issues.
• Maintain facilities in compliance with OSHA, ADOSH, ADA, ADHS/OBHL, CARF, and CBI policies.
• Support Facilities Operations and Facilities Construction divisions as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience may be considered.
