Building Services Technician

About the role

Touchmark at The Ranch is Prescott’s premier full-service retirement community offering active adult single-family and apartment homes, along with a wide range of services and care from independent living to assisted living to memory care. Residents enjoy restaurant-style dining, lounge and entertainment spaces, a central park with an amphitheater, and a 18,000 square foot Clubhouse and Health & Fitness Center.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the homes and community are well-maintained
• Maintain grounds and common areas to be attractive and clean
• Work with, schedule, and negotiate contracts with vendors
• Communicate clearly with team members and residents
• Work with and schedule residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
• Operate with a high-energy and dedicated attitude

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with general maintenance in a community setting, especially in a health care environment
• Basic knowledge of appliance, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair
• Knowledge and experience working with technology such as smart phones, tablets, smart remotes, smart TVs, and personal computers
• Working knowledge of business software and Microsoft operating systems
• Ability to move quickly throughout the entire property
• Valid driver’s license
