We are currently seeking the right person to join our Building Services team as a Maintenance Technician. Maintenance Technicians at Touchmark possess a thorough knowledge of residential maintenance, repair, and service. If you enjoy working independently and doing a range of unique tasks, this is a great position.

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary repairs to correct analyzed situations professionally and productively
• Observe, analyze, and determine the corrective course of action for service and repair
• Provide excellent customer relations by exchanging information with courtesy and consideration
• Follow safety rules and wear all required personal protective equipment relating to job safety and healthcare safety
• Work as a team or individually, with communication always taking top priority

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to move quickly to various areas of the entire property
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate clearly with team members and residents
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
• Possess a current valid driver license and a reliable form of personal transportation to get to work
• Participate in the on‑call rotation schedule, including periodic weekend shifts
