Compensation The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $31,200-$43,260, with eligibility for OT after 40 hours worked and an annual bonus. The actual base salary depends on various factors and could be above or below the range depending on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand. The full salary range for this role reflects this position's competitive labor market value and provides an opportunity to progress as associates grow and develop within the role. Bonuses are paid based on RTC’s financial results. Any payouts awarded in the first year of employment are pro-rated based on the start date. This is our global, corporate headquarters where we manufacture prototypes for retail store fixtures. You’ll use a forklift at times to move and load material, package displays for shipment, and assist with other duties in the facility. Essential Duties Coordinate delivery of received items for the purpose of ensuring timely and accurate deliveryVerify shipment accuracyLoad and unload trucks, vans and flatbed trailers by hand or with forkliftTrace lost or missing shipmentsAuthenticate receipt of shipments alongside bills of lading, invoices, or other recordsEnter receipts in LNInteract with associates for special KACE request or projects handling on the dock.Provide hours worked by temporary staff, by project.Provide work request Tickets for completed KACE request.Keep log of all outgoing shipmentsMake custom boxes for high profile accounts (special packaging). Construct custom crates, pallets and boxesProcess and deliver all incoming U.S. mail, FedEx, UPS and messenger shipmentsPack, label, process and ship all outgoing letters, packages, and finished production and prototype materialAbility to handle several projects simultaneouslyMust be able to follow directions Secondary Duties Maintain cleanliness of dock and warehouse areasRoom set ups and tear downsSet up for large company functions such as barbecues, Town Meetings and client visitsDrive company van to pick up and deliver parts and materialAssist with assembly and custom packing of finished goodsAssist maintenance as neededFabricate custom corrugated boxes and palletsAssemble and disassemble office furniture systemsAssist in Receiving duties as needed. Requirements Must be 18 years or older.Physical requirements include walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and sitting. Must be able to work while standing for extended periods. Technical requirements include ability to operate forklift, hand jacks and other material handling equipment; and demonstrated proficiency with small hand and power tools.Valid driver’s license required as this position will be tasked with driving the company van.Basic computer skills including data entry and ExcelCustomer service mentalityProficient in responsiveness to requests on time.Proficient in reporting the status of projects immediately.
