About the role

Join our Building Maintenance team and help keep more than 35 Larimer County buildings running smoothly. Our team of 11 handles a wide variety of repairs, including drywall, flooring, furniture, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work, so no two days are exactly alike. You’ll have the tools and support you need to get the job done. The work is varied and includes repairs involving drywall, flooring, furniture, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. No two days are the same, and you’ll have the tools and equipment needed to get the job done. A typical day starts at the shop at 7:30 am to check in with the team, review priorities, and pick up work tickets before heading out to complete them.
